These terms explain how Assessly accounts, assessments, reports, payments, organization access, and platform usage work.

Last updated: June 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Assessly, including our website, web application, assessment flows, reports, account features, payment flows, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing an assessment, accepting an invitation, or using Assessly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering, purchasing, or accepting an organization invitation.
  • If you use Assessly on behalf of an organization, school, company, or institution, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
  • Assessly may suspend or restrict access if account activity appears unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the service.

3. Assessments and reports

Assessments and reports are designed to support self-reflection, learning, career clarity, workplace understanding, compatibility insights, and related decision-making.

Reports are informational and should not be treated as medical, clinical, psychological, legal, financial, hiring, or emergency advice. Important decisions should be made with appropriate professional guidance where needed.

4. Payments and access

  • Some assessments, report upgrades, wallet features, or related services may require payment before access is granted.
  • Prices, offers, access rules, and report availability may vary by assessment type, organization configuration, or product plan.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Assessly does not store complete card, UPI, or banking credentials on its servers.
  • Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy published on this website.

5. Organization and institution use

Organizations and institutions may assign assessments to employees, candidates, students, parents, or other participants. Admin users are responsible for ensuring that invitations, participant data, and assessment use are appropriate and lawful.

Participants should review assessment instructions carefully before starting. If an assessment is allocated to you by an organization or institution, your participation status and permitted report views may be visible to authorized admins.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass access controls.
  • Do not upload malware, abusive content, unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Do not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Assessly content or software unless we have given written permission.
  • Do not impersonate another person or submit assessment responses on behalf of someone else without authorization.

7. Intellectual property

Assessly, its branding, product design, software, assessment content, report formats, workflows, and related materials are owned by Assessly or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended.

You retain ownership of information you submit, but you grant Assessly the rights needed to operate the service, generate reports, provide support, maintain records, and improve product reliability.

8. Service changes and availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We try to keep Assessly reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Temporary downtime may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, third-party provider issues, network conditions, security events, or operational needs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assessly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
